The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company or ADNOC is the state-owned oil company of the United Arab Emirates. It is the world's 12th largest oil company by production. As of 2021, the company has an oil production capacity exceeding 4 million bpd with plans to increase to 5 million bpd by 2030.
Adnoc tipped to buy Russian stake in Serbian oil refinery. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is expected to take a significant minority stake in Serbian oil company Naftna industrija Srbije (NIS) as part of a deal to acquire Russian Gazprom Neft’s holding, Serbia’s energy ministry said on February 5, 2026.
According to Kpler, for the first time this year, LUKOIL shipped low-sulfur oil from its Caspian fields to the Emirati ADNOC refinery in Ruwais. This is the second such delivery to the refinery of the Emirati company.
