Russia initiated aggression against Ukraine in 2014. On February 24, 2022, it started a full-scale military invasion to the Ukrainian territory. This brutal war and military crimes of Russian troops caused a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine with thousands civilians killed and millions becoming refuges. As a reaction to this act of aggression, many international companies decided to leave the Russian market, while some others continue doing business there as usual. We track such decisions of companies and urge them to stop funding the war.

Sold local business on 15/11/2022. No longer provide engineering services to Russian LNG developers. Baker Hughes Announces Local Management Buyout of its Oilfield Services Business in Russia. But in January 2023 Baker Hughes sent Oil&Gas drilling equipment to Russia from Scotland. But the company still continues exporting to Russia months after calls for trading to cease.
September 8, 2022 - Halliburton Company today announced it completed the sale of its Russia operations to a Russia-based management team made up of former Halliburton employees. As a result, Halliburton no longer conducts operations in Russia. The LLC changed its name, was sold to an individual/individuals

ExxonMobil has started to reduce oil production on the Sakhalin-1 project - Reuters. Exxon Mobil is negotiating to transfer its stake in the Sakhalin-1 project to another company. Exxon Mobil on Monday, October 17, 2022 said it has fully exited Russia, with the energy giant saying that President Vladimir Putin had expropriated its assets in the country and "unilaterally terminated" the company's Sakhalin-1 oil project. 15.01.2024: The legal entity in Russia was liquidated. "The Corporation holds a 25 percent interest in Tengizchevroil, LLP (TCO), which operates the Tengiz and Korolev oil fields in Kazakhstan, and a 16.8 percent working interest in the Kashagan field in Kazakhstan. Oil production from those operations is exported through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), in which the Corporation holds a 7.5 percent interest. CPC traverses parts of Kazakhstan and Russia to tanker-loading facilities on the Russian coast of the Black Sea. In the event that Russia takes countermeasures in response to existing sanctions related to its military actions in Ukraine, it is possible that the transportation of Kazakhstan oil through the CPC pipeline could be disrupted, curtailed, temporarily suspended, or otherwise restricted. In such a case, the Corporation could experience a loss of cash flows of uncertain duration from its operations in Kazakhstan. For reference, after-tax earnings related to the Corporation’s interests in Kazakhstan in 2022 were approximately $2.5 billion, and its share of combined oil and gas production was approximately 246 thousand oil-equivalent barrels per day." - Annual Report.
Received revenues in Russia in 2021-2023, there is no any official announcement. 09.12.2024: Timchenko Andrey Igorevich becomes the new founder of the organization LLC EXTERRAN VOSTOK. The entry about the founders PRIVATE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY EXTERRAN HOLDING COMPANY NL B.V. and PRIVATE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY EXTERRAN SERVICES B.V. has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
