Following the economic sanctions imposed by the international community and the European Union against Russia in response to the invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, GRAITEC suspended all of its commercial activities in the territory of the Russian Federation on March 2, 2022. These activities were carried out through its subsidiary, PSS GRAITEC, both in the context of commercializing Autodesk software, of which it is one of the world’s major resellers, and in the commercialization of its own software. GRAITEC has decided to exit the Russian market and is in the process of selling its subsidiary, PSS GRAITEC. The subsidiary communicates now under the name PSS and is being sold to local management to protect the interests of its employees. GRAITEC is fully compliant with all sanctions imposed by the international community and the European Union against Russia. 23.10.2024: Pavel Mikhailovich Balobanov becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry about the founder of the SIMPLIFIED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GRETEK INNOVACION" has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
