Hegelmann Group is an international logistics service provider. The activities of the group of companies, founded in 1998, include land transport as well as related logistics tasks. Currently, the group of companies (as of 2019) has 28 branches in 14 European countries and Kazakhstan. The group of companies has a group of German shareholders.
In June 2025, Hegelmann Group owner Anton Hegelmann, together with the company’s lawyer Michal Bronas, attended a meeting in Elista, Russia. The event focused on Kalmykia’s cooperation with Iran and involved local officials. The presence of a shareholder and top management of Hegelmann in Russia is significant, as the company positions itself as a European player but takes part in public events in Russia. This raises questions about the company’s real stance on compliance with sanctions and its relations with the Russian Federation.
