Statement condemning Russia and Belarus for the invasion of Ukraine. Both countries teams are suspended from competition and UCI sanctioned international events, stripped of UCI team status, and will not be considered for bids. Removed Russian and Belarusian National Championships from UCI calendar. Any participation of Russian or Belarusian athletes must be in a neutral capacity.
