The Russian business unit of the 137-year-old cosmetics giant has been sold to Arnest Group, a Russian manufacturer of perfumes, cosmetics and home goods. The transaction was the last Avon International asset still controlled by Natura & Co and marks the completion of its corporate simplification strategy.
