April 29, 2023

Partial exit, 3 out of 4 local entities changed owners. Planned to sale of all Russian assets to local management at nominal price. The largest and other warehouses were formally sold, but to offshore buyers - Arabs, there are doubts that this is a real deal. The Prosecutor General's Office wants to challenge the sale of the business of one of the largest owners of Raven Russia warehouses to local top management, which took place back in 2022. The defendants in this case are the British Raven Property Group, Phoenix Real Estate Investment Holdings Limited and Phoenix Property Group Limited registered in the UAE, the head of Raven Russia Igor Bogorodov and Yaroslav Shuvalov. The third parties include the structures that own the Raven Russia warehouse complexes, as well as the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) and Rosimushchestvo.
