Russia initiated aggression against Ukraine in 2014. On February 24, 2022, it started a full-scale military invasion to the Ukrainian territory. This brutal war and military crimes of Russian troops caused a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine with thousands civilians killed and millions becoming refuges. As a reaction to this act of aggression, many international companies decided to leave the Russian market, while some others continue doing business there as usual. We track such decisions of companies and urge them to stop funding the war.

Ant Yapi holding operates in four countries - Russia, Turkey, Great Britain and the USA, earning most of its revenue in Russia. The group's companies took part in the construction of the Capital City and OKO towers in Moscow City, the Capital Towers residential complex and Terminal 2 at Domodedovo Airport. An official partner and distributor of Rockwool supplied materials to the Russian Navy for use in the construction of three advanced frigates. Still, the Danish stone wool giant vehemently denies having any customer relationship with Russia’s military. Since the annexation of Crimea in 2014, Rockwool has systematically sold ship insulation that has ended up in at least 31 vessels in the Russian navy. Ukraine’s anti-corruption agency has branded Danish insulation giant Rockwool an “international sponsor of war” for continuing to supply its construction materials via intermediaries to various Russian state institutions, including the Ministry of Defense.
Still operating in Russia. In October 2022, another Austrian company of the EGGER group, known for the production of wood products, founded a company in the Ivanovo region of Russia — WOODPRODUCT VOSTOK ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC.

Customs data reviewed by journalists revealed that WKB Systems had supplied complete plants for aerated concrete block factories for several years to one of Budarin's Russian companies – apparently, the same company whose products Russia is using in Mariupol.
