Avind International Oy acquired in 2021 Transpoint International (FI) Oy and its two Russian subsidiaries owned by VR Group. With the acquisition, Avind will become one of Finland’s largest Russian logistics companies, that offers services also to CIS-countries, Central-Asia and China. Р&D Institute of Electronic Instruments (NIIEP), which is a part of Rostec, is also referred to as the developer of the "brains" for "Kinzhals." Their contractor, AO "Radiant-EK," supplied integrated microchips directly to NPK KBM. "Radiant-EK" continues to import items during wartime, including coils and tapes for protective packaging of electronic components from Germany, with Advantek Gmbh as the sender.
Armenia is actively utilizing the maritime route between the ports of Batumi (Georgia) and Novorossiysk (Russia) for re-exporting sanctioned goods to Russia. As a result, the Batumi-Novorossiysk sea route transports 600 20-foot containers weekly. All these shipments are conducted by the Armenian Shipping Company.
Basilevs Lojistik Medikal Tarim Ticaret Ve Sanayi Sti (Basilevs Lojistik) has sent high-priority goods to Russia. Basilevs Lojistik has also sent lithium-ion batteries, electrical batteries, and instruments for metal processing to Russia.
The USA has imposed sanctions on three companies based in China, as reported by the US Department of Defense. Beijing Luo Luo Technology Development Co Ltd worked on the supply of nozzles and other equipment that could be used in the production of solid-fuel rocket engines. The companies were involved in activities or agreements that significantly contributed to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or the means of their delivery, including missiles capable of delivering such weapons.
In 2023, the Russian manufacturers of footwear for the power structures "Donobuv", "Faraday", "Iskozh" and "Unichel" directly imported products from European companies worth 4.1 million dollars. Among the largest European suppliers: the Belarusian-German company Belintertrans Germany Gmbh ($0.9 million).

Baltic companies are helping Russia's shadow fleet circumvent sanctions by secretly refueling ships. This is a network of Fast Bunkering companies, whose activities are concentrated in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, and specialize in refueling ships. According to media reports, in particular, two tankers Rina and Zicone of Fast Bunkering from June 2024 to March 2025 delivered fuel to 177 oil tankers, most of which were transporting Russian oil, despite the sanctions.

Russian records suggest it has shipped about $2.1mn of goods to Orlan LLC — a St Petersburg company that is a self-described fishing equipment supplier. By far the largest category of goods shipped from Kartal Exim to Orlan, worth $1.1mn, was listed as “data transmission” equipment, a category on the high priority goods list. The items, shipped from Istanbul, were made by western suppliers including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Fujitsu, Dell and Samsung.
The list of new sanctions by the US Treasury Department, published on October 30, included seven companies. Spare parts for Gulfstreams are also imported to Russia by FastAir International LLC. A pneumatic starter for an engine worth $486,000, made in the US, was imported through Oman with the help of the Turkish company Khius Uluslararasi Ticaret Ve Lojistik Anonim Sirk. And Moscow-based Eyelkey LLC imported an ignition unit for a Gulfstream from Air Group Aviation (UK) through the mediation of the Turkish company Sup Havacilik Reklam Organizasyon Ticaret Limited.

Big power plants and about 20 Russian coal companies discussed plans to increase bilateral trade
Tiger Logistics (India) Limited, one of India's leading international logistics companies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with H2 Invest Limited Liability Company, a Russian enterprise specializing in hydrogen technologies, for cooperation in the field of transportation and storage of liquid hydrogen in India.

Company representatives claim that they do not know whether the warehouse is used to supply luxury goods to Russia, and state that they have no contracts with Eksporttorg or Paskaltrade.
According to customs data, since the beginning of the year, more than 60 tons of special industrial lubricants under such codes have been sent to Russia via the German city of Lübeck. The supplier was VIP Resource Limited with an address in Hong Kong. At the same time, Germany was indicated as the country of departure, and Lübeck as the place of shipment.
