The company still have website in Russian, it had the option of ordering through Russia. According to company's statement, Synology has stopped all shipments to Russia since April 2022, in addition to suspending technical support services. The resellers/partners list available on the website for Russia/Belarus have not been maintained nor updated since 2022. Synology does not have offices or personnel operating within Russia.
