Initially suspended flights to Russia. But later Vietnam Airlines and Russian state-owned VTB Bank have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation. Vietnam Airlines CEO Le Hong Ha called the event an important milestone that opens up many practical opportunities for cooperation, which will improve air connectivity and tourism cooperation between Vietnam and Russia, as well as better meet the travel and business needs of customers in both countries.
