Russia initiated aggression against Ukraine in 2014. On February 24, 2022, it started a full-scale military invasion to the Ukrainian territory. This brutal war and military crimes of Russian troops caused a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine with thousands civilians killed and millions becoming refuges. As a reaction to this act of aggression, many international companies decided to leave the Russian market, while some others continue doing business there as usual. We track such decisions of companies and urge them to stop funding the war.

Parts for D500-type engines are sold to Kolomensky Zavod by Switzerland’s Sipavag AG, Lithuania’s D.Kudarauskienes Warehouse, and Austria’s Geislinger GmbH.
In the customs databases it is indeed indicated that Lithuanian Right Direction Aero sold AI Fly goods on behalf of Kargoline. Apparently, according to the documents, the spare parts were going to Kyrgyzstan, but in fact they ended up in Russia. Pavlo Chalapov is the director and owner of Right Direction Aero. He wrote that he did not sell anything to the Russian AI Fly. Chalapov said he sold parts to Kyrgyzstan and had personal guarantees from Kargoline owner and CEO Azamat Alkadyrov that the parts could not be re-exported to Russia: "As I see it, Kargoline kept us in the dark, lied to us and, obviously, forged documents." He added that from now on the company will not work with Kyrgyzstan either.

As of December 2022 they marked their cans with a small contour of Ukraine and ♥️ in order to "discourage purchase and parallel import" and "consider the matter closed".
Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide, a Belarusian-based optical device manufacturing company operating in Vilnius, Lithuania, continues to supply Russians with military equipment, despite announcing its withdrawal from the Russian market. The company, in turn, said that the process of liquidating its company in this country has already begun, and it no longer manufactures or sells products in Russia and Belarus.

The Russian authorities have approved the agreement on the transfer of 100% ownership of Vicunay-Rus LLC, the Russian division of the company, to the management company Ocean Group, which was established in June 2023.
