Put out a statement expressing deep sympathy with Ukraine, and suspended a partnership with Ukrainian Railways (UZ). Reviewing its stake in TMH, a Russian rolling stock manufacturer. France's Alstom (ALSO.PA) is set to sell its 20% stake in Transmashholding (TMH) back to the Russian railcar manufacturer by the end of the year 2023.
