Leave SuspensionAtlas Copco Group reports that its Russian business was subject to a management buyout in the form of an asset transfer, with related costs recorded in its 2024 reporting and referenced in the 2025 Annual Report. The company previously reported limited financial exposure to Russia, with Russian revenues accounting for well below 0.5% of Group revenues in 2023 and no production units in Russia. However, Atlas Copco products continue to be listed by Russian third-party sellers and websites presenting themselves as dealers/distributors of Atlas Copco equipment. Atlas Copco has officially announced the transfer of its Russian business through a management buyout in the form of an asset transfer. This means that the company no longer declares its own local operational presence in the Russian Federation.
Donating $50,000 to support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. Also donated $1million to support Ukrainian refugees. Promised to suspend operations in Russia but Customs data shows that the latest deliveries were in Feb 2023.
