India's Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has signed an agreement with Russia's defense export agency Rosoboronexport to cooperate in the development of the Pantsir self-propelled anti-aircraft missile system (SPAAGM). According to a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by the companies on November 8 in Goa, India, the companies said they would collaborate on Pantsir variants, but did not provide details.
