Bunge sold LLC "BUNGE CIS" (IN 7743084941). The sale took place in 2022, but the transaction finally ended on February 13, 2023. Agricultural baron Vanetsyan became the new owner. In 2023, Mr. Vanetsyan's Exoil Group acquired the assets of the American company Bunge in Russia, including the Oleina sunflower oil brand. Notably, Bunge left the Russian market following the onset of the full-scale invasion.
