The company has stopped investing in Russia, but the company's plants in Russia continue to operate. Business seizure. The Russian assets of the Polish-American CanPack were transferred to the management of companies from the Russian Federation in accordance with Putin's decrees, which he signed on December 31, 2025. The Russian company "StalElement" received 100% of LLC "Ken-Pak" and LLC "Ken-Pak Packaging Plant" - Russian Canpack factories engaged in the production of metal containers. The decree comes into effect from the date of official publication, i.e. from January 13, 2026.
