The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, signed an order for LLC "PSK — New Solutions" to purchase the Russian assets of the American company Caterpillar. The former Russian assets of the American machine-building company Caterpillar were transferred to a company owned by the Armenian investment fund Balchug Capital. Russian President Vladimir Putin approved the purchase of Caterpillar assets by a company called PSK-New Solutions in November 2023. Putin's decree and the Russian company's documents do not disclose the terms of the deal. Putin's decree states that PSK-New Solutions can buy 100% of the authorized capital of Caterpillar Tosno and Caterpillar Financial in response to Western sanctions. 06.2024: PSK - NEW SOLUTIONS LLC becomes the new founder of the organization Caterpillar Financial LLC.
