Russia initiated aggression against Ukraine in 2014. On February 24, 2022, it started a full-scale military invasion to the Ukrainian territory. This brutal war and military crimes of Russian troops caused a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine with thousands civilians killed and millions becoming refuges. As a reaction to this act of aggression, many international companies decided to leave the Russian market, while some others continue doing business there as usual. We track such decisions of companies and urge them to stop funding the war.

Faurecia has decided to disengage from Russia and completed depreciation of related assets. Russian top managers can buy the assets of a major auto components manufacturer Faurecia in Russia, they have already registered a new company for this. Faurecia plans to leave the Russian Federation became known at the beginning of 2023: the company referred, among other things, to the cessation of work of foreign automakers. French automobile components manufacturer A.Raymond Group has sold its Russian business to the holding company Cordiant, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. LLC "Meteor Avtokomponenty Kaluga", which belongs to JSC "Cordiant", became the owner of LLC "A.Raymond RUS" in the Nizhny Novgorod Region on October 15, 2024.
