Iranian procurement agent Bahram Tabibi used his Ukrainian front companies GK Imperativ Ukraina LLC and Ekofera LLC to purchase and supply aerospace materials, including attitude indicators and magnetometers. The devices were supplied to the Iranian state-owned company Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries Corporation (HESA), which produces Iranian military aircraft and Ababil series UAVs.
