According to Russian press, Huawei has stopped taking on new contracts to supply network equipment to Russian operators. Suspend new orders and furlough some staff; 1/07/2022: activated hiring 19/08/2022: Huawei stores in Russia stop selling products to visitors (lack of official supply); 6/09/2022: relocated Chinese and Russian managers and heads of divisions to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Russia and China already have experience of cooperation in the IT sphere. One of the Russian developers works with the Chinese company Alibaba Group, and Red Soft has a joint project with Huawei. Taiwanese MSI became the leader in laptop sales in Russia, overtaking Asus and Huawei.
