On July 1, 2025 the Omani company Isnad For Business (IFB) received 12.75% in Quesar Investments LLC, according to SPARK data. This company controls 100% in International Restaurant Brands LLC, the main structure of the Rostic’s franchisee, operating under the International Restaurant Brands (IRB) brand.
