But an Observer investigation reveals how Lonmadi and Kwintmadi have continued to sell JCBs, even offering customers credit from Gazprombank Autoleasing, an arm of Russian bank Gazprombank, to buy them. No official position, they were present on recent Moscow Truck Expo.
