Business as usual - the Russian store is still fully operational. The Chinese company JD.com will become an indirect co-owner of M.Video-Eldorado after purchasing the German retailer Ceconomy. The deal includes the takeover of Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH, which owns 15% of M.Video shares. It is assumed that JD.com will not just be an “indirect co-owner,” but may be interested in developing business in Russia.
