Company "KONTI" is one of the largest manufacturers of confectionery products in Ukraine. It was founded in 1997 and is one of the industry leaders. The office of JSC VO "KONTI" is located in Kyiv, the production facilities operate in Kostyantynivka.

Leave WithdrawalCJSC "KONTI-RUS" has an office in Kursk, Russian Federation (probably linked with the former owners through the Managing Organization "PROMT" LLC). The EU register of intellectual property rights contains information on the rights to the following trademarks: TM Konti, TM Bonjour, which belong to a legal entity registered on the territory of the Russian Federation.
In 2022, since the start of the full-scale invasion, KONTI-RUS CJSC continued to operate in Russia and increased capacity (most brands are still in use), having acquired an additional factory in Ivanovo shortly before this, but Boris Kolesnikov denied any involvement in its buying. Russian court has confiscated the confectionery company Conti-Rus, claiming that it supposedly belonged to 'a relative of Rinat Akhmetov and his partners.
