Joint venture with the Russian Sollers group, where the Mazda CX-9, Mazda CX-5, Mazda CX-30 and the Mazda 6 sedan are manufactured. Mazda sold the plant in Vladivostok but MAZDA MOTOR RUS LLC is still not sold. Mazda retained the right to buy back its stake in the joint venture within three years.

According to Nikkei, the company is suspending the export of spare parts to the plant in Vladivostok. The available stock of components will be enough for production and sale for several months.
