Miroglio is an Italian firm specialising in the manufacture and distribution for sale of ready-to-wear clothing. Incorporated in Alba, Piedmont, Cuneo, Italy, the Group has 30 business operations in 41 countries and 1,100 branded stores.
The Italian luxury brand Trussardi, which produces clothing, accessories and perfumes, wanted to return to Russia. The end of cooperation with the Russian market resulted in multimillion-dollar debts for the fashion house and the sale of the brand to the Miroglio Group. The new owners, wanting to improve the financial situation, decided to produce clothing from low-quality materials and sell it at lower prices. Attempts to make the foreign company better were unsuccessful. In this regard, the management of Trussardi decided to return the brand to Russia.
