Development and operation of Baitugan field. "MOL-LUB RUSS" LLC (tax id 7705963116) - local company, increased revenue in 2022. The Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has reached an agreement with suppliers and pipeline operators to transport Russian crude oil to Hungary and Slovakia via the Druzhba pipeline. According to the agreements, ownership of the violated volumes of oil is transferred to MOL from today, September 9, 2024.

Promised to suspend activities in Russia but сontinue shipping LNG from Russia and development and operation Baitugan oil field. Hungary extended the agreement with Russia on additional gas supply. It was also agreed that payment for the transit of Russian oil through the Druzhba pipeline from Russia to Europe via Ukraine will be made by the MOL company. Zsolt Hernadi, CEO of Hungary's MOL Group, rejects the idea of doing without Russian oil, despite warnings of fuel shortages in Hungary. MOL set to renegotiate Russian gas vessel charters and may resell ships as sanctions bite. In October 2024, the Hungarian MOL trader Moltrade-Mineralimpex Zrt delivered about 300 thousand tons of Russian oil via the Druzhba pipeline in transit through Ukraine. The supplier was LUKOIL. Half of the volume was shipped to the MOL refinery in Slovakia, half to the plant in Hungary.
