Ceased imports into Russia. Divest Russian operations: Olam International sells its Russian coffee production site to Lalibela Coffee. Revenue decreased in 2024 vs 2023 by more than -20%. 12.09.2025: The entry regarding the founder of OLAM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED was removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. OLAM GLOBAL HOLDCO PTE. LTD. and OLAM HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. became the new founders of the organization.
