According to data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation, as of September 11, the remaining shareholders of P-D Tatneft-Alabuga Glass Fiber are Tatneft-Aktiv, which holds a 75% stake, and Tatneft-Prescomposit, which holds a 25% stake. 11.09.2025: TATNEFT-PRESSKOMPOZIT LLC becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry for the founder, P-D GLASSEIDEN GMBH OSCHATS, has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
