Zinner, like Krupchak, owns Pulp Mill Holding not directly, but through Austrian private funds. Until the fall of 2022, the ownership of the holding was carried out through the Zinner Privatstiftung (literally, "Zinner's Private Foundation"), the beneficiary of which was Krupchak. According to the company's press release, in October 2022, the grounds on which Cypriot citizen Volodymyr Krupchak was recognized as the beneficial owner of Pulp Mill Holding GmbH were terminated. Dr. Heinz Zinner became the sole controlling person of the holding. Pulp Mill Holding is currently owned by another fund, TPCA Paper Industry Holding GmbH, which appears to have been created the day before the ownership change agreement and registered in the same building where Pulp Mill Holding is registered.
