Stay Scaling BackOne of the founders of the Russian coworking market, the Belgian Regus is closing its first site in the Russian Federation near the Foreign Ministry building, which it has been developing for over 20 years. British company IWG, the world's largest operator of coworking offices, operating under the Regus brand, may leave the Russian market. In recent years, office centers in Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, as well as two of the three business centers in St. Petersburg, have been closed, and the iconic Smolensky Passage business center in Moscow was sold. However, Regus still remains a major player in the capital, where it has eleven class A office centers in premium locations.
