200 supermarkets of the most convenient formats are open in 12 regions of Russia. LLC "SPAR Middle Volga" (tax id 5258056945), LLC "SPAR TULA" (tax id 7104044982) are owned by individuals and are not related to SPAR International (except that they continue to use the brand). The company continues to work in Russia.

Provided humanitarian support to Ukraine. LLC "SPAR Tula" was sold to an individual/individuals but the rest of their services in Russia (application at Apple Store, website https://myspar.ru/) are successfully working and developing. 200 supermarkets of the most convenient formats are still openned in 12 regions of Russia and continue to use the brand. 12.2023: Yuri Vasilievich Markin becomes the new founder of one of the local organization(LLC "SPAR MIDDLE VOLGA"). The entry about the founder of UK ROZNITSA LLC has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. But the new owners are still using the SPAR franchise. In August 2024, new stores were opened in Moscow. The company continues to work in Russia.
