Austrian construction group Strabag set out details of a planned capital reduction in its latest step aimed at decreasing the stake held by a company belonging to sanctioned Russian shareholder Oleg Deripaska.

Winding down operations in Russia; terminating shareholder syndicate agreements with Deripaska. MKAO Rasperia Trading Limited, a Strabag STRV.VIshareholder formerly controlled by Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska, was sold to Russian company Iliadis JSC, the Austrian construction firm. Raiffeisen abandoned the deal with Deripaska after US pressure.
