Technip Energies signs deal to leave Arctic LNG 2 project in H1 2023. 28/07/2022: Technip Energies’ exit from the Arctic LNG 2 project in Russia is due to complete in a few months. 04.2023: ENERGYS JSC becomes the new founder of the organization - finalized sale. An investigation of Der Spiegel/ZDF and Le Monde found that EU companies (including Technip Energies) are helping the Kremlin to implement a strategic project in the Arctic.

Continuing existing projects; no new business. Spin-off complete: TechnipFMC and Technip Energies become two separate entities. TechnipFMC will continue as a service provider to the traditional and new energies industry, while Technip Energies will focus on engineering and technology for the energy transition with leadership positions in LNG, hydrogen and ethylene. Technip Energies’ exit from the Arctic LNG 2 project in Russia is due to complete in a few months, according to chief executive Arnaud Pieton; no new business; no update on Yamal LNG. LLC in Russia was sold.
