The Company Statement
September 01, 2022

In March 2022, the TELTONIKA Company Group decided to close its offices in Russia and Belarus and suspend all sales in these countries. No new business activities were undertaken, and all employees in the Russian and Belarusian office were laid off. In addition, TELTONIKA imposed its own set of sanctions against Russia, implementing a total embargo on the Russian market. This included a complete suspension of new product and service sales and resales in Russia, impacting both direct sales and those through authorized distributors. Furthermore, TELTONIKA has also invested in research and development to create technological solutions that either prevent its products from being used in Russia or significantly limit their functionality within the country. However, amid the ongoing conflict, the Russian government imposed restrictions, targeting companies from Western countries. TELTONIKA is still in process of liquidating the non-active legal entity in Russia. Moving forward, TELTONIKA is dedicated to support Ukraine and contributed more than 3M EUR in donations to this cause.
