US-Based Texas Instruments whose electronics is found in Russian weaponry has not withdrawn from the Russian market. Still have a Representative Office of Texas Instruments International Corporation (USA) in Moscow - LLC "TEXAS INSTRUMENTS RUSSIA SALES", the company is active. Russian 9M727 cruise missile contained company's components.

Iran-made Shahed-131 kamikaze drones contain processors manufactured by Texas Instruments, the U.S. company. Company comment: "TI stopped sales to Russia and Belarus at the end of February, and we no longer support sales there. TI complies with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate. We do not support or condone the use of our products in applications they weren’t designed for." Supply channels to Russia have remained open despite Western export restrictions and manufacturer bans. According to the Ukrainian assessment, among the US-made components found in the drone were nearly two dozen parts built by Texas Instruments, including microcontrollers, voltage regulators, and digital signal controllers. Response of the company: "TI is not selling any products into Russia, Belarus or Iran. TI stopped sales to Russia and Belarus at the end of February 2022, and we no longer support sales there". According to the Yermak-McFaul group, the Kh-101 air-launched cruise missiles contain at least 53 types of ECUs (microcircuits, chips, etc.) produced by foreign companies. In particular, components from companies such as STMicroelectronics (Switzerland), Vicor (USA), XILINX (USA), Intel Corporation (USA), Texas Instruments (USA), ZILOG (USA), Maxim Integrated (USA) and Cypress Semiconductor (USA). 28.06.2024: The legal entity TEXAS INSTRUMENTS RUSSIA SALES LLC was liquidated.
