The Tagansky Court of Moscow fined the Twitch service 13 million rubles. for repeated refusal to localize personal data of Russian users in databases in Russia.

Stopped payments to Russian bloggers. Roskomnadzor considers partial or complete blocking of the Twitch streaming service in Russia. A Moscow magistrate has fined the streaming platform Twitch 6 million rubles for failure to comply with an order from Roskomnadzor. The fine was imposed under Article 19.7.10-4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
