In April 2022, Wargaming announced that it was leaving the Russian and Belarusian markets. On March 31, 2022, Lesta Studio legally ceased to be part of Wargaming. Wargaming lost $250 million from leaving the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Effective March 31, 2022, the company transferred its live games business in Russia and Belarus to local management of Lesta Studio that is no longer affiliated with Wargaming. 06.05.2022: Khatazhaev Malik Athamovich becomes the new founder of the organization, The record about the founder WARGAMING GROUP LIMITED has been removed. 18.05.2022: Full name changed from WARGAMING MOSCOW LLC to LESTA GAMES MOSCOW LLC. 31.08.2022: The entry about the founder Khatazhaev Malik Athamovich was removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. LLC "LESTA" becomes the new founder of the organization.
