Suspend Russian partnerships, bans participation under the name or flag of Russia or Belarus, but allows participation of individual athletes. Issued fines for the tournaments that banned participation of individual athletes from Russia and Belarus. WTA will not punish players taking part in Russian tennis exhibition.
