Wuhu Sterling Steering System Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of automotive steering systems, has created a joint venture with Tolyatti-based Rulevye Sistemy LLC, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE). The new company, Rulevye Sistemy — STL LLC, was incorporated on February 10 in Tolyatti with a registered capital of 137.5 million rubles. The Russian partner owns 60%, and the Chinese company 40%.
