Until 2023, "AMS Pro" belonged to the Belgian pipe manufacturer Aliaxis Utilities & Industry GmbH. Aliaxis decided to sell the company to local management. It is noted that, together with the terms of the transaction, the Government Commission for Control over the Implementation of Foreign Investments in Russia approved the development plan of "AMS Pro", which involves the creation and development of a production complex for the production of plastic fittings on the basis of the company.
