Removed Russian ads from its messaging app Viber. The Magistrate's Court of the Tagansky District of Moscow for the first time fined the Viber messenger one million rubles for not removing fakes about a special operation on the territory of Ukraine and its participants. Roskomnadzor reported that the Viber messenger has been blocked in Russia for failure to comply with Russian legislation.
