Roland Berger was in the process of a complete exit from Russia and planned to finalize it as quickly as possible. 18.04.2024: in the EGRUL register the status of the legal entity was changed to “In the process of liquidation”, Yulia Abramova was appointed as a liquidator. 18.03.2025: the legal entity ROLAND BERGER LLC has been liquidated.
