Uranium One is an international group of companies, part of the management circuit of the TENEX Group of Rosatom State Corporation. Since 2013, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moscow-based Uranium One Group, a part of the Russian state-owned nuclear corporation Rosatom.

Rosatom is a major producer of uranium and nuclear energy. In addition, the state-owned company plays its role in the war, managing the captured Zaporizhzhya NPP. Through its Dutch subsidiary Uranium One Cooperative, the Russian state-owned company is actively engaged in the production of nuclear raw materials in Kazakhstan and Tanzania. Russia’s Rosatom signs agreement with Bolivia to build lithium plant. Uranium One Group, part of Rosatom, has sold its 49.979% stake in the Zarichne JV to SNURDC Astana Mining Company Limited, the ultimate beneficiary of which is a Chinese company. Kazatomprom's stake in the joint venture has not changed.
